am very open about being a leatherman.
Kink, BDSM, S&M, D/s, fetishes, "leather"... these
words are accompanied be a great deal of misconception and
misinformation. There isn't enough space here for a full
explanation of any of these terms, but it is important to understand
that these activities are not anti-social, are not about harming people,
and are not unusuall. In fact interest in kink is very common, and
the charming people next door may have a full dungeon in the basement!
Human sexuality is a wonderful and complex thing. I see no reason to
deny myself experiences and intimate contact with people just because
some hold taboos, moral objections, or other sex-negative attitudes.
Sex-negative attitudes are ultimately people-negative attitudes.
BDSM is about sharing intimate and intense physical, emotional, and
erotic experiences with other consenting people. It is about
exploring our animal nature, our passions and emotions, and our
imagination. Have fun, and lose the hang-ups!
